Situated in the very heart of Blackpool, close to Winter Gardens, Blackpool Tower and Syndicate night club, The Fairway Lodge offers high quality spacious room only accommodation (probably the largest rooms in Blackpool), where comfort makes your stay as pleasurable and flexible as possible. All rooms are designed with groups in mind, and are capable of accommodating between 2 & 6 persons. All rooms are en suite with shower, toilet and wash basin. Each room has tv, radio/alarm, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, iron and ironing board. The rooms are available from 2 pm (or by arrangement) on day of arrival, and must be vacated by 11 am on day of departure. The Fairway Lodge provides the ideal hen party weekend accommodation and is also available through the week to contractors working in the town. If required, breakfast and evening dinners/bar are available at Fairway (over the road).

The Garden Guests are very welcome to explore and enjoy our beautiful mature south facing garden. We believe that many of the older trees and shrubs were planted by Rev. Manning who was the first Rector to live here. The grounds extend to 3 acres and contain a wide variety of plants. The woodland garden has magnificent rhododendrons, azaleas and camellias under planted with meconopsis and primulas. Further up the slope stroll along the herbaceous border to Hardy's Seat- a place as peaceful today as when Thomas and Emma sat here over 100 years ago. Behind the high stone wall travel back in time to the walled kitchen garden and see where we tend our freshly grown produce. We serve fruit from the garden whenever possible and our free range hens produce the freshest eggs.

Brandraw House is a late Victorian sandstone building, built in 1879. It has a large garden at the back of the house, many original features and spacious rooms. A full cooked English or a lighter Continental breakfast is served between 7 and 9 am. Fireside in Breakfast/ Dining room and Guest Lounge. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out before 10:30 am.
