The old farm house has been recently restored, in order to offer our clients maximum comfort and warmth, typical of an Umbrian country house upon the hills. Outside there is a large garden with pool, 20 hectares of woodland with olive-trees over 400 mt usl and wonderful hills all around. Agriturismo Collina dei Fagiani is the ideal place to spend your holidays together with your family, or warm cozy romantic weekends: in springtime and summer after visiting artistic sites you can take a refreshing bathe in the pool. In autumn, when nature changes its colours, the new wine arrives and the olive-harvesting begins. Or in winter, when outside is cold you can smell the wood burning in the fireplaces.

Fonte al Vento is recently built accommodation facilities placed in an extraordinary panoramic position in the open country surrounded by olive trees and typical Tuscan plants but with the invaluable advantage of being just 400 mt far from the famous historical town of Cortona easily reachable on foot: the perfect location for a holiday in pursuit of psychological well-being, relaxation and good food all shrouded in a unique heap of art, culture and nature without giving the most modern and exclusive comfort and services up. Fonte al Vento offers to its guests two different accommodations completely independent : the Villa and the Orangery. The Villa is composed of 4 suites with private bathrooms and wellness area (turkish bath and whirlpool baths and showers), kitchen, dining room, lounge and reception area; the Orangery has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a large living room with fire place and kitchen area. The versatile rental’s formulas (exclusive, small, B&B or Bed&Bed ) have been created in order to meet the needs and expectations of all our guests ... families, couples or larger groups, always completely respecting the privacy and the fulfillment of the best unforgettable “tailor made holiday”. In addition to the indoor wellness areas, Fonte al Vento offers two outdoor swimming pools: the infinity one that belongs to the Villa and the one with Roman staircase related to the Orangery, both equipped with comfortable sunbeds and bucket seats where enjoying the breathtaking views on Val di Chiana, Cortona, St. Egidio mountain and on the highly renowned and beautiful Church of Santa Maria Nuova. The Suites: Levante Suite: generous size, with three frontages over the Val di Chiana, Jacuzzi and whirlpool shower Ponente Suite: the largest suite, unique panoramic views over the valley, bathroom with whirlpool shower and Jacuzzi Maestrale Suite: the most intimate, it overlooks our St. Egidio Mountain and the stunning Monastery of St. Francis, bathroom with whirlpool shower Scirocco Suite: generous size, with frontage over the historical Church of Santa Maria Nuova, direct access to the terrace, facing the Val di Chiana, bathroom with bathtub and Turkish bath room. The Orangery: The “Orangery” can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, it’s composed of two bedrooms, one of them suggestively placed on a typical wooden mezzanine floor, a spacious bathroom with shower and an open space that includes the kitchen and lounge areas. The recent restoration, although it has been designed respecting the tradition that has its heart in the central fireplace, it has been inspired by the maintenance of all the modern comforts: the perfect location to be pampered by a warm and welcoming ambience

The apartment for rent PRIMULA is located on the third and top floor of family home of 8 units. With an area of 55 sqm including 10 sqm in the loft for the bedroom, it’s ideal for 2/4 people, but can accommodate up to max. 6 people with beds as follows: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 roofed bedroom with two single beds which can be arranged in a double bed as needed (access by stairs not suitable for children under 6). In the living room, a double sofa bed whose use doesn’t limit access to the kitchen or bathroom.

The rooms of B&B Acropolis are located in a nineteenth century building completely renovated and situated in the center of Agropoli, at the foot of one of the steps that lead to the charming old town. The property, opened in summer 2011, is equipped with many amenities, including lift and parking on request (only 200 meters). The rooms "Palo" and "Ercula", have a balcony overlooking Piazza delle Mercanzie, meeting place for Agropoli’s citizens and where is located Bar Nazionale, an historical pastry bar that every morning will prepare a delicious breakfast of your choice.
