Il Palagetto is found in the heart of Florence, in "Oltrarno," next to one of the most characteristic and typical zones in the historical center, that of San Frediano. Even though our guesthouse is centrally located - at the foot of the hills of Monte Oliveto - it is comfortably tucked away from the traffic and street noise, facing an old, typical Florentine street, and bordering a park with a nearby villa that was once owned by nobility. A private parking area is included for the exclusive use of our guests. There are five large bedrooms available to our guests, some with private bathroom, and others that share a communal bathroom. All of the rooms are laid with stone fired or wooden floors, furnished in ancient Florentine style, with oriental rugs, unique draperies, Lcd color TV with satellite, a/c, information corner with brochures, tourist maps, etc.
