This newly constructed apartment hotel is located in the heart of the Po Delta Park approximately 400 meters from the centre of Lido degli Estensi, a seaside resort of the Adriatic Coast not far away from Ferrara. It overlooks the new Marina and is composed of various types of apartments equipped with every comfort. It is ideal for families with children, but also for young people who wants to have fun. The Residence is roughly 800 meters from a private beach of fine sand equipped with bar, snack and lunch bar, beach umbrellas and sun loungers, where you can take advantage of a special discount. Basketball, beach tennis, beach volleyball, bowling, group dances, Latin-American dance classes, theme evenings and many other leisure activities, entertainment and games are organised and free of charge. There are 35 smartly constructed apartments of various types and sizes, which can accommodate from 2 to 6 people in various bed types. Situated on floors with large terraces equipped with barbecue, each apartment boasts air conditioning/heating, pre-programmed satellite TV, safe and cooking area complete with washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. Parking space is right outside the residence. Iil nostro Bed & Breakfast SoleLuna si trova al secondo piano di un palazzo dei primi del 900 al centro di Palermo; .l'appartamento è servito di ascensore.Si accede all’appartamento da un ampio ingresso che è utilizzato come spazio di informazione e di accoglienza. SoleLuna ha 3 camere da letto per gli ospiti ed 1 camera da letto per la padrona di casa; ogni camera da letto ha un bagno esterno, riservato esclusivamente alla camera. E’ presente una zona comune riservata alla lettura e al relax, un soggiorno ed una accogliente terrazza.

At the first floor is situated the ‘Imperial suite’ and at the first floor of the annexed building called magazine there is located the suite ’Vittoria’. Every single suite is composed of a little lounge, a bedroom and private facilities. The rooms conserve their original decors, they are furnished with original period furniture and with linen of the family’s trousseau. Moreover there is the possibility to benefit of a private parking, of the historic environment situated on the first floor of the palazzo with his luxury lounge, the library and the picturesque kitchen, besides of the spacious and romantic courtyard - garden. The hospitably guarantees a high quality where the guest is fully integrated in the refined family’s environment of the owners. Residing at ‘Palazzo Verga’ it is possible to experience the magic and the atmosphere of the past combined with all the comfort of today.

The B&B 'Sigismondo Castromediano' is located in a newly built house, where you enjoy a warm welcome and a home away from home atmosphere. All our rooms have private entrance, private bathroom, TV, DVD and air conditioner. 'Sigismondo Castromediano' is perfect destination for those who come to Lecce only for a few days, and also for the guests who would like to spend long holidays in the amazing region of Salento. The B&B is ideally situated near the main roads and can be easy reached from such destinations as Otranto, Maglie, Galatina, Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca.
