Piatti e ricette, dai nomi spesso indecifrabili, vengono illustrati da Dario Giovanetti e da sua moglie Susana, i proprietari: come in sa cordedda, budellina d’agnello intrecciate tra loro, bollite e poi insaporite in un tegame di terracotta con pomodoro e aromi; o sas casattinas, tortini di formaggio acido e prezzemolo passati al forno; o, ancora, su pistizzone chin anzone, minestra a base d’agnello e aromi vari che, lasciata raffreddare e mangiata all’indomani, prende la consistenza di un cuscus montanaro. Ma non solo. Nella cucina dell’hotel si potranno assaporare tanti altri antichi sapori della tradizione gastronomica locale, come la pasta di semola lavorata a mano, le zuppe di erbe selvatiche oppure le numerose varietà di carni arrostite con rare essenze aromatiche che ben si sposano con il friabile pane carasau. E, per finire, i dolci più tradizionali ricoperti di mieli pregiati e tante altre delizie di mandorle e glasse; tutto accompagnato da un sano Bruschette, il vino tradizionale dei pastori dell’altopiano. Villa Vezzani is situated in a panoramic area, on the green of Tuscan hills. The Villa is an ancient house of 18° century today transformed in a bed & breakfast, that disposes of 3 room with private bathroom. It is very near to the most important city of art and also Versilia coast or Chianti region are very easy to reach. Behind the Villa, there is the depandance,where a good restaurant is situated: it is possible to taste fish, meat or pizza.

The village La Campana has a medieval origin, but it took its current shape in the seventeenth century, when the Sienese Tolomei family of bankers built the master’s villa with the chapel and enlarged the village. The buildings have recently been restored and now you can enjoy a relaxing stay here, surrounded by the splendid landscape of the Crete Senesi, by the art and history of this unforgettable corner of Tuscany and by the oeno-gastronomic delights of this region, among which the white truffle stands out. Every apartment, furnished in Tuscan style, has an independent entrance and a private shaded external space or terrace, equipped with tables and chairs for eating al fresco. The master’s villa is surrounded by a large exclusive park with gazebo, and is furnished with late 19th-early 20th century pieces. All the kitchens in the apartments and in the villa are equipped with cookers, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

Holidays Arts Nature Culture Our farmhouse overlooks the lake of Santa Luce, where hills bend gently in a timeless atmosphere. It has been renovated respecting its original structure to keep the same aspect and its ancient style.The house consists of two apartments, out of which one is reserved for our guests with the kitchen on the ground floor connected by internal stairs to the first floor, where there are two big bedrooms with a wonderful view, a roomy and bright living room and the bathroom. The wide garden that surrounds the house is the perfect place to relax in the quite and peacefulness of the nature. We live in the old part of the house, nearby the apartment, and we are at your disposal to make your holidays special. On the outskirts there are many fascinating places with their typical food, wines and traditions. At short distance you can reach Castellina Marittima, Pomaia, Santa Luce. We are in the middle of the nature reserve of Santa Luce – OASI L.I.P.U founded in 1992 thanks to an agreement between the company Solvay (still owner of the lake) and the L.I.P.U. association. The 278 hectares reserve comprises the lake and a luxuriant, aquatic vegetation. It is situated at only 10 km from the Etrurian Coast and it represents an important rest station for birds during their migrations. Throughout the year guided tours explain the different historical-naturalistic aspects of the protected area. Here nature offers a striking view with protected flora and fauna, cultivated fields of wheat and olive trees as well as biodynamic and holidays farms. This part of the land, located on the borders of the territory of Rosignano Marittimo, is the ideal place for tours to the near art towns of Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Volterra, Massa Marittima and also for those who require some relaxing holidays at the near seaside in Castiglioncello, Vada, Marina di Cecina and closed to some ancient small towns like Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Suvereto, Populonia, along a wonderful coast with sandy beach and coves.

Spridda agritouristic is situeted at 5 km form Arzachena and 30 km from Olbia port/airport: it can be reached by travelling on the 125 State Road Olbia – Palau (East Sardinia State Road).
