The structure is situated in the centre of the old town of Spello, for Roman civilization "La splendidissima colonia Julia", today a village rich of big cultural and artistic resources, between Assisi and Spoleto in the green heart of Umbria. Villa Pieve Country House has been created after the restoration of an ancient house, originally used by manual workers. The 21 spacious rooms are refined with a classic and traditional style, and all have a own bathroom. The wise use of stones on the walls gives rises to ancient emotions... Interiors Tradition and classicism... The rooms, with flat tile and wooden ceiling, are decotated with "arte povera" furnitures, wich give a true sense of tradition an classicism. The long corridor that crosses the all the country house, connecting the rooms, shows in same parts rocks on the walls, typical of umbrian old farm houses. The rooms are all very spacious with up to 30 sqm, and have a own internal bathroom.
